Abstract :
Whistle-blowing is a social scheme that some members of an organization accuse their own organization of organizational injustice. The aim of this work is to apply social simulation to study organizational responses toward whistle-blowing for the purpose of its institutional deign. A simulation model was constructed to study the effectiveness of whistle-blowing for prevention of organizational injustice by companies. As a result of test simulation, some insights useful for institutional design of a system for whistle-blowing have been obtained, though the simulation model is still simple and extensions are required to use it for practical design of the system.
