Abstract :
This paper sets up the math model of controlled five-bar RRRPR mechanism (takes a revolute-pair with given motion as the initiative component and a prismatic-pair with compensating motion as the compensate component), discusses the mechanism reverse optimize design methods; takes the VC and OpenGL as tools, based on generation algorithm, realizes the controlled five-bar RRRPR mechanism reverse optimize design which can recurrences the track. The experiment proves it can gets the required mechanism quickly, this method explores the research on controlled mechanism, and also gives supports for its applications.
