            Abstract :
This paper presents an optimized way to improve the accuracy of electric simulation with torque control method. The causes of deviations in inertia are explored firstly through result analysis of the conventional tests. Then some targeted improvements are applied to the torque control method based on the cause analysis. And some brake experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the improved control method. The real-time inertia is introduced to evaluate the control performance. The results of those tests verify that the approach is able to improve the accuracy of electric simulation.
