Abstract :
Based on a method of finite differences in a time domain (FDTD) the numerical model of diffraction of electromagnetic fields on the spatial and non-uniform film structures in a wave guide is developed. When carrying out spatial sampling the adaptive spatial grid was used. The task of diffraction is solved for a near and far zone that allowed defining both electromagnetic fields on film structure, and ratios between capacities.
