Abstract :
The numeral 3-d model of thermal processes is offered in heterogeneous film structures at influence of the microwave fields. A model is built with the use of method of independent thermal streams. For numerical realization an adaptive spatial net was used, that allows optimizing the design process depending on an object under study. Distribution of temperature is resulted for a double-layer spatial-heterogeneous film structure.
