            Abstract : 
A new artificial intelligent controller (AIC) is proposed for control of complex systems. This controller incorporates various approaches of artificial intelligence including central mechanism, fuzzy decision, and neural networks. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control design.<>
