Abstract :
Results of development of the radiometer for determination of spectral characteristics of materials in electromagnetic fields of low intensity are considered. Possibility of reduction of mirror hindrances influence is shown at heterodyne transformation of frequency. The offered measuring scheme can be used in systems of nondestructive control for detection of defects in materials.
