Abstract :
In this paper, the optical and magnetic properties of Ni/sub 1-x/Ti/sub x/ alloy thin films with x=0.08,0.45,0.79 and 1.0 have been investigated. The thickness of the films was detected by a crystal thickness monitor. The optical transmittance and reflectance were measured by means of a spectrophotometer. The magnetic properties of the films was measured by a magneto-optical Kerr effect instrument.
