Abstract
For pt.I, see Proceedings of the 33rd Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems, p.496-9 (Aug. 1990). This paper presents the results of a lengthy survey of public-domain and shareware programs useful in electrical engineering education. Brief descriptions of those we feel are simultaneously sufficient for classroom applications and reasonable in cost are presented. Sources for all programs discussed are provided
