            Abstract :
A new preparation method of magnets for high efficient small motors using the new materials other than melt-spinning Nd/sub 2/Fe/sub 14/B flakes is studied. The proposed isotropic and anisotropic magnetic powder has (BH)/sub max/ values of 40-14- kJ/m/sup 3/, and had a good corrosion resistance compared with the conventional melt-spun Nd/sub 2/Fe/sub 14/B flakes.
