Abstract

In this paper, it represents the basic characteristics of virtual reference advisory platform and plone content management system. In addition to how to use plone content management system for virtual reference advisory platform which is as an interactive cross between students and administrators. The content organization and classification, the effective work flow and the users rights are the keys of the virtural platform, meanwhile the using of a third plug-ins can make the platform more perfect. Experiments show that the platform based on plone is easy to use and enhances the efficiency of the library work.
