            Abstract : 
A plan of adaptive Smith PID estimating pre-compensation control based on a routine Smith predictor is raised to focus on the pure time delay of the preheating water temperature control system and the changing properties of the controlled object in the chloroacetic acid crystallization process. The application proves that this method can well solve the delay of preheating water temperature control and enhance the robustness of the controlling system.
