Abstract :
In this paper, we analyzed the effects of elements dimension and grain number of coercivity /spl mu//sub oi/H/sub c/ and remanence J/sub r//J/sub s/ calculated for single-phase nanocrystalline Nd/sub 2/Fe/sub 14/B magnets by using micromagnetic finite element analysis. The dependence of /spl mu//sub oi/H/sub c/ and J/sub r//J/sub s/ on the grain size for Nd/sub 2/Fe/sub 14/B was simulated and compared with the experimental data.
