  • Abstract
    The installed capacity of backbone network lines can now carry multiple gigabits of data per second. Still, users still often experience low performance for a variety of reasons. Leveraging our experience from the PERT group (performance enhancement and response team) within the European GN2 project, we have developed tbwtools - a framework for processing TCP performance information gathered from several sources, which allows integrated performance debugging.
