  • Abstract
Winner-take-all (WTA) is a usually used operation in neural network to locate the most activated neuron. This paper presents a voltage based winner-take-all circuit neural networks implemented in analog VLSI. In the presented WTA circuit, a winner follower mechanism is employed and the winner is chosen by comparing each winner with the output of the winner follower. SPICE simulation results are also presented
