Abstract :
The new universal concept´s fundamentals of the construction and noniterative training of the neurolike modeling aids on the basis of tabular data, which are oriented on solving of the wide range of intelligent data analysis problems, specifically for build-in environment in MEMS design branch, are being reviewed.
