Abstract :
China´s electronics and information industry (EII) is both a high-tech industry and new emerging industry. it owns huge value in market. It provides convenient service for common people. Due to outbreak of international financial crisis, China´s EII suffered from a heavy hit. In order to deal with crisis, China promulgated electronics and information industrial promotion policy (EIIPP) in 2009 as well as helping EII economic recovery and prevent the acceleration of economic downturn. During the hard time, EIIPP showed anti-crisis-oriented, strong government intervention and future innovation-oriented trend in economy. But international and domestic environment changes have restricted application of EIIPP to a certain extent. Only innovation-oriented industrial policy will adapt the future development of EII.
