Abstract :
Existing power communication supervision systems cannot serve as a network management systems. A software model of a network management system is proposed to meet the requirements of the development of power communication systems. The model contains four parts: operating system; application system; man-machine interface; and database. The structure and function of these parts is studied based on actual situations and requirements.<>
