Abstract
In this paper, we describe a chip capable of giving position-time information of the magnetic behaviour of one single bead and we will compare the detected single bead signature with simulated data. The magnetoresistance of the spin-value sensor was measured to be 3% for an integrated device of 1.4x6 /spl mu/m/sup 2/. The sensitivity reaches 0.10 %/Oe.
