Abstract
This paper proposes a dynamic rating system in the judgment process of psychological impression. The rating system described roughly consists of two parts: one is to estimate the standard of judgment in every second by use of pairs of data observed in the past; and the other plays a role of reasoning the psychological impression by stimulus using If-Then rules based on the method of fuzzy successive categories. The validity and the usefulness of the system is examined by applying it to the prediction problem of impression caused by noise stimulus
