Abstract :
We analyzed a co-generation plant (electric energy and steam) attached to an oil refinery. This co-generation plant is simulated by means of graphical programming. The resulting model allows the implementation of various system plant configurations. Through the analysis of these simulations, we can obtain useful informations concerning plant management from both a technical and economic viewpoint
