Abstract :
Summary form only for tutorial. This review talk will present some latest research results in the area of complex artificial electromagnetic materials (metamaterials). Special emphasis will be put on the work done by the European Metamorphose Network of Excellence and at Helsinki University of Technology. Also, the Metamorphose Network activities and potentials for broader international collaboration will be outlined.
