  • Abstract
    A frame synchronization algorithm for SC-FDE system based on PN sequence modulated UW is proposed to combat timing offset sensitivity. The proposed algorithm is composed of energy detection, coarse synchronization and fine synchronization. The simulation and soft-define-radio(SDR) transmission tests show that, compared to Minn and Park algorithm, the proposed synchronization method has a higher timing precision, and is insensitive to Doppler frequency offset and multi-path effects.
