Abstract
The multitemporal SAR analysis is usually oriented toward interferometric study. This paper proposes an extension of the theory of 3D radar imaging to the resolution enhancement for a SAR system by using several orbits. This may be applied to multilooking without geometric resolution loss (radiometric resolution enhancement), to geometric resolution enhancement and to the removal of ambiguities due to lay-over
