Abstract :
Recently, the nano wald magnetic particles which have their potential application in magnetic storage device and sensor have been studies widely. and exciting resultx on ahnormal Behavior of magnelic properties of lerrumagnetic n ~ n osc aled parliclcs such as Ni. Tu-Co. Cu-Fc. have txrn reported.[ 1.21 The magnetization curves outwardly follow Langevin function for the superparainagnelic particles. The physical model to describe abnormal phenomena was suggested the existence of a non-collinear structure of the magnetic moments localized mainly at a surlace layer ofparticles.[2]. In this work, we synthesi7r nmo size of Si hy pulsed wire evaporation (PWE) method, which is one of the promising method to obtain nanoscaled particle with homogeneous quality. and analyst the magnetic properties.
