  • Abstract
    The digital expression of the characteristics of the ultrawideband waveform in time-domain is always difficult in the research of the ultra-wideband partial discharge detection. This digital expression is very important to popularize the technique of the ultra-wideband partial discharge detection. A quantitative digital analysis method is established in this research. The calculation, analysis and display are realized by MATLAB program. The characteristics of the ultra-wideband partial discharge waveform are clearly and accurately expressed by using this analyzing method. It is useful for building the fingerprint bank of the ultra-wideband partial discharge signals
