Abstract :
In this paper, a new magnetic field waveform for reliable water self-organisation is presented using an over amplitude modulated (OAM) magnetic field H with the amplitude of several mG and two kinds of hydromolecular cluster cyclotron frequencies f/sub c1/ and f/sub c2/ as expressed.
