            Abstract : 
In this paper, we have observed magnetic vortex states in the permalloy thin film disks which diameter ranged from 2 /spl mu/m up to 25 /spl mu/m using spin-polarized scanning electron microscopy (SP-SEM or called Spin-SEM).
