            Abstract : 
A compact 10 Gb/s full C-band tunable transmitter module of external cavity tunable light source with monolithically integrated Mach-Zehnder modulator was developed. Penalty free 10 Gb/s - 80 km transmission over full C-band has been successively achieved.
