            Abstract : 
There is a pressing need to solve a number of major issues related to high TPI drive integration. One of the relevant issues is adjacent track encroachment. In this paper, we studied the side-erasure problem using isolated track without background information and DC erase on the adjacent tracks to minimize the effect of adjacent track interference.
