Abstract
This paper researches the influence of an interlayer polarization about the dielectric characteristics of the multi-layer dielectric bodies. By using a physical model to simulate interlayer polarization found testing the tg δ-f of a multi-layer dielectric body could hardly detect the dielectric deficiency of some layer. And according to the character of multi-layer dielectric bodies, a higher sensibility dielectric testing method that uses absorbing current is put forward theoretically
