Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the Faraday rotation of thick diluted magnetic semiconductor CdMnCoTe films deposited on relatively thin quartz glass substrate from the viewpoint of practical application. Magnetization curve for CdMnCoTe film measured using vibrating sample magnetometer at room temperature.
