Abstract :
In this paper, magnetic properties of NiFe/(IrMn/CoFe)/sub 3//IrMn multilayer thin films, a novel type of exchange-spring system, have been investigated. The coupling between NiFe and IrMn at the interface is believed to be the exchange biased coupling.
