Abstract
Describes the results of airborne microwave studies of tropical cyclone (TC) anomalous trajectory on September 1989 in northwestern Pacific (Okhotsk Sea). The paper discusses the spectral variations of sea surface brightness temperatures at mm-wave over a distance of 500 km where TC has changed its trajectory
