  • Abstract
The development of electric vehicles electric vehicle charging electric technology and business model support. Electric vehicle charging and discharging load obvious imbalance, random and intermittent; electric vehicles to access the grid, can also be used as distributed power, to participate in the operation of the grid, the power transmission grid, which will also have the stability of the grid system with to the hidden dangers, to cope with new situations and new problems, it is necessary to charge and discharge of electric car technology and its charge management system of research and innovation. Traditional electricity sales business model, can not adapt to a variety of charging needs, is not conducive to the sustainable development of the electric service charge exchange, government regulation, corporate innovation, the establishment of the business model, all play a huge role in the development of electric vehicles[1].
