Abstract :
In this paper we report a ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) study which gives a direct proof that the excellent films prepared utilizing the NH/sub 3/-added oxidizing solution (called hereafter NH/sub 3/-added films) are magnetically more homogeneous than the prepared without adding NH/sub 3/OH (called conventional films).
