            Abstract : 
The results of experiments dealing with studies of the moisture, salinity and soil thermodynamical temperature-dependencies of the emissivity of frozen soils in the range of 0.6-13.33 GHz are presented. The possibilities of remote sensing of the texture and the salinity from the emissivity of frozen soils are discussed in the paper
