Time Budget and Its Application on Destination Choice

Research on the relationship between individual trip decision behavior and activity space choice helps to understand whether the existing transportation systems meet the travelers´ demand. Based on the survey data of the Jilin city which made the time budget the research object, we analyze its distribution along with activity space and estimate the influence factors. These works lay the foundation for the analysis combining decision behavior from micro view of personal perspective and macro view of space. Also, they help us understand the decision theory of behavior more accurately and apply a new way to analyze the interaction between space and city life.
