            Abstract : 
In this paper, we determine the amplitude and maximum time that power can be supplied to the IC chip in order to keep the temperature below a specified value. As a result, it will be possible to control the temperature and slider displacement of a COS by controlling the amplitude and duration of power supplied to the chip.
