Abstract :
The bit error rate (BER) performance of an asynchronous multi-carrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) system for the uplink of the mobile communication system with equal gain combining and maximum ratio combining are obtained. Given a fixed bandwidth frequency selective channel, performance of MC-CDMA is compared with that of conventional CDMA and MC-DS-CDMA in numerical results
