Abstract :
It has been shown (1992) that for scalar systems (i.e. systems with 1 input and 1 output) it is possible to obtain accurate nonparametric estimate of the frequency response function (FRF) by means of nonlinear averaging techniques. The aim of the present paper is to generalize these results for multivariable systems (i.e. systems with multiple inputs and multiple outputs.)
