  • Abstract
Power Electronic is a "switching" electronic that uses power semiconductor as fast switches associated to passive components (inductance, transformers, capacitance) whose goals are to store energy. Different systems and sub systems are therefore associated to realize different functions depending on the targeted applications (for example to generate a sinusoidal current by pulse width modulation of a rectified voltage). The trends in Power Electronic are to increase the reliability of the system, the magnitude of the power and to achieve an appropriate integration. As regards this last point many studies have already been realized from the semiconductor point of view. The key point in today\´s integration appears to be the passive components in hybrid structures. Such systems have to be built taking into account all the different functions to be realized and the applied stresses. The work presented in this paper concerns the realization of specific materials, mainly based on Barium Titanate ceramics, whose properties are studied from their synthesis (from the powder to the thin films) to their deposition as a thick layer in a multilayered arrangement used as integrated passive filter
