  • Abstract
    For the purpose of simplification, the secondary system of power distribution network can be classified distribution automation,smart meter, load monitor,power utility information collection and communication system which provides secure, reliable and real-time communication channel for the above application. According to the security protection regulation of secondary system, distribution automation belongs to the area one application of the electric private network, while smart meter, load monitor,power utility information collection belong to the area four application. Combined with the construction of distribution network communication such as PFTTH, According to the character and area division, the configuration of the secondary system application can be optimized. The paper selects a typical residential community, the secondary system of distribution network and communication program have been optimized. It also researches on such problems as the connection between secondary system and distribution network planning , the connection between secondary system and primary grid structure and equipment, it will provide useful reference for the future planning of the distribution network and construction of the secondary system.
