Abstract :
With the acceleration of China´s urbanization, the external environment of power grid construction is becoming increasingly severe, and how to implement coordinated development of city and power grid proves to be a critical issue. The paper systematically sorts out major typical cooperation mode in the establishment of urban power grid, which have been widely used in domestic, discusses the cooperation content between the power grid enterprises and the external actors, including the government, developers and power users, in various ways of financial support, tax policy and transfer of resources. The advantages and problems of the different modes is deeply analysed as well, and recommendation to promote effective cooperation to build and achieve win-win situation is finally put forward.
