Abstract :
For a long time, the 10 kV distribution network is gradually built up with the increase of load demand. There´s a lack of systematic planning and standardized construction in its structure. Combining local economic development level, grid situation, load characteristics and other factors, the distribution network in some developed areas formed typical structure with local characteristics. But the rationality of the structure has not been systematically demonstrated, especially in lack of quantified conclusion in economy and reliability. This paper introduces the concept of Life Cycle Cost and builds the 10 kV distribution network entire life cycle cost analysis model taking into account the reliability of power supply. On this basis, with full consideration of the load density, line load rate, construction costs, equipment life and many other factors, this paper comparatively studies the reliability and economy of typical structures of overhead network and cable network, and then gets cost difference of typical structures under different load density conditions.
