Abstract :
In this paper, a new model for magneto sensitive split-drain MOSFET is describe. The model is developed on the non-quasi-static (NQS) MOS model for conventional MOSFETs, modified to include the effects the magnetic field. Based on the comparison with 3D numerical simulations, it is shown that the new model can accurately predict MAGFET current imbalance and can successfully applied for simulation of magnetically controlled oscillator.
