Abstract :
This paper puts forward a new Quantum Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm (QAFSA) which can achieve random and fuzzy dual uncertainty model planning. In regard of the insufficiency of traditional intelligent algorithm in distribution network optimization planning applications, the author adopts an updated strategy of quantum rotation gate and quantum artificial fish rear-end to achieve optimization by combining quantum computing with artificial fish swarm algorithm. The new algorithm can find the optimal solution with smaller fish scale in a short time with the advantages of fast convergence and global optimization ability. The results of the example show that this method is well-adapted to the uncertainty of the grid cost, and has greater robustness and flexibility.
