Abstract :
According to demand of the intelligent power distribution, the paper focus on the problem of rural power grid planning methods, intelligent power supply mode, etc. This paper propose the new rural power supply mode which is mixed single phase with three phases according to the regional characteristics and load characteristics. And the paper describes technical scheme of medium and low voltage power fiber to the home(PFTTH)based on Optical Phase Conductor(OPPC) and Optical Fiber Composite Low-Voltage Cable(OPLC), describes the distribution automation system and the power using information collection system based on the integration of a variety of communication mode. In addition, the paper introduces technical scheme of two-way interaction between the important power consumers and the power grid based on the internet of things, and introduces the scheme supported to new energy distribution accessing. At last, the paper describes the development prospects of active distribution network in rural power grid.
