Abstract :
In this paper, the spectral broadening properties of hollow fibers were investigated by using a single shot imaging spectrograph. The measurements were performed with a standard laser system delivering pulses of 1.1 mJ at 780 nm with a duration of ~70 fs at 1 kHz. For spectral broadening fibers of 1 and 3 meter lengths with inner diameters of 250 μm and 320 μm were used.
