Abstract :
Investigates the relationship over land surface between vegetation (NDVI: Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and emissivity information in thermal infra-red (TIRE: Thermal Infra-Red Emissivity) and microwave bands (MPE: Microwave Polarized Emissivity), provided both by AVHRR/GAC (Global Area Coverage) and SSM/I (Special Sensor Microwave/Imager). Data are cloud decontaminated by a simple sequence of thresholds
